My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was basic but met all our needs, especially in terms of location and thoughtful amenities. However, there were minor issues like water drainage leakage in the bathroom that required us to use towels on the floor. The view overlooking the pool was nice and the room had all the essential toiletries and a shower/bath.

The hotel offers rooms with amazing views overlooking the bay, which are very comfortable, clean, and managed by charming housekeepers. However, some rooms were passable. The service was responsive to our requirements, but reception desk service was sometimes surly and inattentive. The location is huge, providing ample exploration opportunities, but could be better maintained in terms of food quality. The dining options were limited, yet the Italian products were generous. The facilities were impressive overall.

Unfortunately, the noise from the highway was disruptive throughout the night. I also encountered a minor issue with water leakage in the bathroom. However, the view from the balcony was lovely.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, meeting all our needs perfectly, especially with thoughtful details like plenty of electrical outlets, ample baggage space, and reliable wifi. The service, from the restaurant to any request we had, was top-notch and the best we experienced in Italy so far. The location was amazing, nestled into the mountains with lively banqueting rooms hosting a wedding and birthday party, offering easy access to Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Savoca, and Messina. The dining experience, although with limited hot options, was brightened by the availability of sparkling white wine. Overall, a highly recommended choice with great value for money.
